Zolman Restoration, a full-service restoration company committed to rapid response for commercial and residential clients in need of water, mold or fire-damage recovery, recently completed $70 million in combined projects with sister company Detroit-based Sachse Construction, resulting in company growth and expansion across several markets.
“The restoration industry is valued at $210 billion today and is expected to grow in the coming years due to increased natural disasters and aging homes and infrastructure. Zolman Restoration and Sachse Construction have always been sister companies, but creating a formalized partnership is critical given the opportunity available in the industry,” said Todd Sachse, founder and principal of Zolman Restoration, in a written statement.
Zolman Restoration and Sachse Construction partnered in recent years to serve retail, commercial and industrial buildings across the country. Examples include the remediation and reconstruction of several retail stores in the 650,000-square-foot Mall of San Juan after Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, as well as 12 SITE Centers across Puerto Rico.
This increased project work has led to significant growth for Zolman Restoration, allowing the company to hire new team members to support its growing portfolio and develop a rapid response mobile application for clients. Zolman Restoration has also launched a PREP program for commercial clients looking to be better prepared for the damage that accompanies natural disasters with a strategic and customizable plan designed and supported by the Z-Team.
“As we look to bolster this relationship in the years ahead, the connection between the two entities is mutually beneficial and enables us to better serve our clients by packaging complementary services together, particularly related to our reconstruction division,” Sachse said.
