A fire started in the kitchen of a residence in Canton, Michigan, and caused extensive damage throughout their home. Zolman Restoration was hired by the client to work with their insurance carrier to restore and rebuild the residence. The job faced an aggressive schedule to complete the restoration in time for the holiday season.
Challenges
One of the major challenges with the restoration was coordinating the schedules and selections of third party vendors with the residents. Additionally, the ongoing remediation required careful monitoring and communication between the client and technicians.
Solutions
Zolman Restoration understood the impact the fire had on the client, and remained in constant communication with the family through weekly updates. This allowed scheduling any potential conflicts to be resolved early in the decision making process.
Results
The project was successfully completed in time for the family to safely spend the holidays in their home.
