Personal Property Expansion Brings Enhanced Customer Experience

At Zolman Restoration, we are committed to consistently delivering outstanding customer care. In 2017, we seized the opportunity to elevate the level of care provided to clients by adding a Personal Property division to our suite of services. In the event of a property loss, the Personal Property division handles all compromised contents, otherwise known as sentimental valuables. These items—including silverware, furniture, keepsakes, and everything in between*—are carefully packaged, cleaned when needed, and stored in an offsite, climate-controlled warehouse to prevent further damage while the property is being restored. Fast-forward three years and these sought-after services have outgrown our 5,250-square-foot contents storage space.

More Space, Better Service

In November 2020, Zolman Restoration leased an additional 5,250 square feet of warehouse space, doubling our capacity to service customers who might be worried about their belongings. The main goal of the Personal Property division is to remove the stress from an often devastating situation. That’s why this expansion isn’t just about additional shelves in a warehouse, it’s about giving our customers peace of mind.

As experts in emergency restoration, Zolman Restoration understands the emotional toll a property loss can take, especially when sentimental items have been compromised. The new warehouse space allows us to safely store contents in a clean environment while keeping them organized and easily accessible via our proprietary content tracking system, which involves meticulously packaged boxes inventoried by category. Once inventoried, the client gets a report of all items. If your child’s upcoming hockey season wasn’t at top of mind while packing, for example, we can easily locate and return the gear at any time. No stress necessary.

With all services under one roof, we can shepherd clients through the restoration process from start to finish.
