Pack Out / On-Site Clean

Once the assessment is complete, our team uses state-of-the-art techniques and specialized equipment to carefully restore damaged items. This phase involves a delicate balance between effective restoration and maintaining the sentimental and functional value of each possession.

Content Restoration Storage

Beyond the physical restoration, we understand the emotional significance of personal belongings. Our process includes documentation of memories associated with each item. This approach not only aids in the restoration efforts but also provides a meaningful record of the cherished possessions, contributing to the emotional healing of our clients.

Delivery / Unpack

The final step involves a thorough inspection of all restored items to ensure they meet Zolman’s high standards of quality. Once approved, we coordinate the safe delivery of the restored property to our clients.

PREVENTION TIPS

Snow Removal: Regularly remove snow from walkways, driveways, and roots to prevent ice dams and structural damage. Use salt or ice melt products carefully to avoid damage to surfaces and possessions.
HVAC Maintenance: Ensure your heating system is in good working order to avoid issues like burst pipes due to low temperatures. Regularly change air filters to maintain optimal air quality and protect belongings from dust and allergens.

We never had to leave our house, samples were brought to us and they packed up all of our contents and moved furniture for the repairs and then put everything back in its place.
