One of the major challenges with the restoration was coordinating the schedules and selections of third party vendors with the residents. Additionally, the ongoing remediation required careful monitoring and communication between the client and technicians.
Zolman Restoration understood the impact the fire had on the client, and remained in constant communication with the family through weekly updates. This allowed scheduling any potential conflicts to be resolved early in the decision making process.
The project was successfully completed in time for the family to safely spend the holidays in their home.
