Zach Brown
Business Development – Multifamily
Zach Brown is Zolman Restoration’s business development representative for multifamily clients. In this role, Zach is responsible for being a go-to resource for current and prospective clients. As a partner to his clients, he provides top-notice service, serves as the liaison between the client and project teams, and shares the latest news and insights from the industry.
Prior to joining the Zolman Restoration team, Zach Brown held various positions in the commercial, industrial, property management, hospitality, and new residential markets. Leveraging his significant, wide-ranging industry experience, Zach is well-equipped to identify solutions for our partners.
In addition to the construction industry, Zach is passionate about giving back to the community. He regularly participates in charity work for Habitat for Humanity and the Dunnigan Foundation.
Outside of work, Zach enjoys golfing, bowling, and fishing near his home in Lambertville, Michigan.
