JEFF KATKOWSKY

Jeff Katkowsky is a founding principal and president of Zolman Restoration, where he leads the company’s business development, project management, and accounting operations. As the firm’s integrator, he is responsible for executing its strategic vision and driving market growth.

Jeff brings over 30 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industries, having worked across every facet of the business. His background and expertise uniquely position him to navigate the complexities of the insurance restoration sector. A licensed builder in multiple states, Jeff credits much of his success to his strong managerial and leadership skills, which have been instrumental in building high-performing teams and lasting client relationships.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in 1992. He currently resides in Huntington Woods, Michigan, with his wife and three children.
